# About — Innovative Minds Consulting

> A team that thinks, builds and automates.

Innovative Minds Consulting was born in 2021 with a simple idea: most agencies just talk and most software houses do not understand business. We do both — and we add artificial intelligence — under one roof. Based in Albuquerque (NM, USA), we work with clients across Spain, Europe, the US and LATAM.

## Principles we never negotiate

- **Obsessed with results** — We do not chase vanity metrics. We are measured by pipeline, revenue and product in production.
- **Engineering with judgment** — Maintainable code, scalable architecture and technical decisions that age well.
- **Applied AI, no hype** — We deploy agents that truly work, with evaluation, guardrails and human oversight.
- **Radical transparency** — Visible deliverables every week. You know what happens, why, and what comes next.

## Three units, one team
